My Bitcoin Story

I never got into the digital currencies, mostly because of my age. When the coin was worth almost nothing, I was a child with no interests in such things. Instead I was busy modding my Windows XP machine to work with Halo 2: PC which was fun as hell.

However now that I’m older I regret some of the decisions that I made with my money then, and now.

So I recently tried to purchase a whole Bitcoin (BTC as it will be referred to the rest of this article), however my former sponsor Coinbase CANCELED my transaction and kept my money for several weeks, only after writing to them did they release my funds. It was a pitiful disgrace and I WON’T be buying from them again. That being said, there was light at the end of the tunnel, so I invested $80 and bought myself part of a coin. That light at the end of the tunnel was more of a hole, a black pit that stole my money and swooshed it all away.

That black hole would be the scam websites MultiCoin and MultiplyBTC. Let’s talk about what I did wrong so you can avoid it, shall we?

Okay, so MultiplyBTC was a scam from the start and if I would have simply looked online, I would have found many a review that said so. However, I didn’t do my research, nor my thoughtful process of skimming the site for proof it might be a scam. Just for reference, NEVER trust a site that says the following:

No matter how secure and innovative would be Bitcoins, they are just some bytes on a digital storage medium and they can be copied as well as any digital information. We’ve thoroughly studied the Bitcoin client from within and have found an almost imperceptible but very significant flaw (associated with the commission), using it we have committed a Bitcoin transaction in which the recipient has received more Bitcoins than the sender has sent. Unfortunately, the difference is not so great (about 1{20bb16a434cbde438775dad3139851095af669a7e91d4f3466ab981f713127f9}) and if you make only one transaction by a small amount your capital will not increase much, but if you make transactions permanently and by a large amount, you can get rich very quickly.

At the end of the day, there is still no such thing as free money in BTC systems.

Now onto MultiCoin. *SIGH*

MultiCoin poses themselves as a system that “Invests” your BTC into something and then they take a cut, then returning some to you. However this is just, yet again, another scam. I was in the talks with some BTC experts and they said that if you were to look into investing BTC, you need to go to the investors or investing company yourself. Most third parties are just there to scam you and take your money.

That all being said, however I will be testing their services AGAIN, and then making a follow up video/post about it. You should stay tuned and subscribe to my YouTube channel to see that video as it will surely be a doozy.

However, there is, in fact, more light at the end of my tunnel and maybe you shouldn’t throw away that million BTC dream just yet. Mining is still a thing and through some very simple verification tools, you can buy up to $150 in BTC as well as buy services from two very trustworthy companies who I have given over $180 to for mining and the one has 0.00451629BTC waiting to come out, and the other I just emptied!
